Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Intern, you will:

  • Assist in the design, fabrication, and testing of semiconductor devices based on porous GaN technology.

  • Conduct experimental analysis to characterize material properties and device performance using advanced laboratory equipment.

  • Collaborate with R&D teams to support the development of micro-LEDs, lasers, and power electronic devices.

  • Perform data analysis and contribute to technical reports and presentations.

  • Support process optimization and quality assurance for prototypes.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in quantum computing and communication applications.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background:

    • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Understanding of semiconductor physics and material properties.

    • Familiarity with laboratory testing and characterization tools (e.g., SEM, TEM, XRD, or similar).

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Bonus Points:

    • Prior experience in cleanroom environments, device fabrication, or related internships/projects.
