Programme Development Officer

Job Description

Working remotely, the Programme Development Officer will be responsible for:

Programme & Business Development

· Assist the 4-22 Foundation Programme Manager in ensuring that our Kickstart delivery proceeds in accordance with meeting agreed-on targets for providing employability training and with employer liaison

· Source and implement new business opportunities, including grant and trust fundraising and opportunities from online portals (including ProActis and Basware Supplier Transactions)

· Assist in the progression of new business initiatives, including conducting online research and with the formulation of new business proposals

Project Delivery

· Assist in all aspects of project delivery, including liaising with and coordinating with project personnel to ensure that project aims and outcomes are met

· Liasing with clients, including schools, funders and Enfield Council’s Inspiring Young Enfield team to ensure that project aims and outcomes are met

· Assisting with all aspects of project impact measurement and evaluation to ensure the effective communication of project outcomes to stakeholders

Marketing & Communications

· Assist the 4-22 Foundation Programme Manager with implementing our Marketing and Communications. This will include:

· Regularly updating the website and making suggestions for improvements

· Posting regularly on our social media and optimising our communications via these channels

· Monitoring and updating our information on online platforms, including The London Village Network and Enterprise Nation

· Leading on our proposals for the June 2022 City Bridge Trust London Ideas Festival

Volunteer Co-ordination

· Co-ordinating 4-22 Foundation’s cohort of mentors and mentees
