Abacus Day Nursery was established in 2000. A long-standing nursery, we pride ourselves on our unwavering commitment to child development. Offset from the road, we are based in a large and open setting, with access to 4 different safe and secure outdoor areas, where the children can play, explore, and thrive

· Are you enthusiastic and have a real passion for providing care to children in their Early Years?

· Have you started or will be starting an apprenticeship in childcare?

· Do you have a very good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS Framework and the 5 outcomes?

· Can you discuss child development confidently?

· Can you also work as part of a team and independently to...

· Provide a rich learning environment that inspires and motivates Early Years children?

· Plan, implement and evaluate activities to meet children’s needs?

· Observe children in play and plan for their individual next steps and ensure they are continually making progress towards their Early Learning Goals?

· Work in partnership with parents and other professionals to support and encourage constant progression for all our children?
