As an Assistant Project Manager, You will be learning from the industry's most respected

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• A clear understanding and adherence to the company values, policies & processes

• Plan, organise and supervise the work of design staff through all phases

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants

• Collaborate in ensuring business alignment and profitability

• Interface with clients regarding the status of projects, budgets, schedules, and

invoicing

• Sets and maintains project schedule and communicates to the broader team

• Help prepare and participate in client presentations/ Pricing Proposals

• Responsible for delivery, shipments, and logistic schedules

• Coordinate with the internal team on creating estimates for projects and typing up quotes

for client review, ensuring all information is accurate and pricing correct

• Assist the procurement team with the ordering process and supplier management/liaison

• Responsible for drafting and issuing both Client and Contractor Contracts

• Assist Procurement in identifying and on-boarding new suppliers

• Implementation and management of relevant Project Management systems and

processes

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to business development through attendance of

networking events and maintaining good client/supplier relationships
