Second of all, we don’t tie you into a contract. Which means if you no longer need our services or you want to switch things up, you can – we just need 30 days notice. Thirdly, we genuinely care – about you, your success, and implementing sustainable practices for the long-run.

The internship will work in teams of typically 3 - 5 consultants to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge. Together, the internship will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals. Over the course of each project, the internship will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. The internship also present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. In some cases, the internship will be asked to travel to our client site.
