Responsibility

·      Review and revise contracts, mainly focusing on non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, quotations, telecommunication service contracts, etc.

·      Deal with litigation/arbitration cases, mainly responsible for coordinating with outside law firms to deal with cross-border recovery debts cases, reporting process of important litigation cases to General counsel and advising on dispute resolution, improving internal policy based on the feedback from litigation/arbitration cases. 

·      Conduct legal research and analysis, and provide legal support for the business department, mainly on product and compliance issues.

·      Participate in compliance training for business department and oversea subsidiary, mainly responsible for writing compliance-related articles, and contract training.

·      Review and revise the internal policy of the business department in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

·      Deal with company secretarial work of overseas subsidiaries, mainly on renewal of directors, replacement of directors, and Bank Authority Change.
