House of Shen designs, manufacture, and sells a stylish and exclusive range of high-end
products including handbags, small leathers, stationery, watches, small home appliance, and many more accessories.
We Specialize in culture and design, Provide high quality products.
From renowned and award-winning Chinese artist and designer. In 2016 the Company were
awarded the Nanking government’s award for ‘special contribution’ and for the 90th
birthday of Her Royal Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, we were given the honour of being chosen
as a supplier for the state gift from China to the Queen.

SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Marketing Assistant provides an essential role in the day-to-day running of the website
and marketing activities. Working between all brands they will execute tasks which provide
the basis of an e-commerce website. Working closely with the Trading Co-Ordinators and
marketing team in order to drive traffic and sales, and improve user experience through the
platform. An interest in fashion marketing and a desire to work within the fashion industry
is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create a wide range of different marketing materials to suit each business sector
Assist day-to-day website running ensuring messaging is up-to-date and relevant, products are easily merchandised and highlighting any glitches to the development team.
Complete product administration tasks such as ‘build the outfit’ and ‘mix and match’ to finish the visual merchandising of the product
Assist in set up of promotional launches. This includes, but not limited to, creating banners for products, amending promotional text on site, setting up and testing promotional codes across the different websites
Support the sales team with administrational tasks as required – formatting, printing etc
Contribute to web development design
REQUIREMENTS:
A degree in Graphic Design / Creative Media / Creative Design / etc.
An understanding of motion graphics, After Effects, video editing/creation and
animation
Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: Photoshop,
Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
Strong communication and compelling presentation skills
Ability to proactively problem-solve and work under pressure

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Full-time
Salary: 2-week Training period (£15 expense per day) + 12-week probation (£8.71/hour) +
Full-time 15k-18k per year
