WHAT YOU DO

The Business Analyst supports the Client Solutions team by supporting, problem-solving and assisting in the administration and maintenance of existing clients' software solutions and environments. You will provide solutions through configuration, troubleshooting, replication of application issues and testing of system upgrades as well as keeping current on the most recent application enhancements and assisting in the development of those features. Additional duties include:


· Support clients in solutions to issues and questions

· Identify problems or needs and assess its importance

· Clarify the issues, facts, figures, potential causes and effects of client challenges

· Partner with appropriate team members to research and find solutions

· Resolve the issues and provide clear communications to leaders or clients as appropriate

· Support includes system configuration, data dictionary overrides, checklists, quick workflows, email templates, client data imports, merge documents, and user report creation

· Participate in the preparation of client webinars, conferences, demos and other presentations to both clients and the internal Equus team

· Build expertise with AssignmentPro, PinPoint and other Equus products as appropriate

· Seek out information about both the relocation/global mobility industry and software industries and apply that knowledge to day-to-day activities
