Our Company covers payment and financial services through our diverse and complementary sales channel,180 ISO, 10 SaaS providers and a sales team made up of over 100 professionals. We strive to provide the safest and fastest payment solutions for companies. We are also a comprehensive platform that links Chinese clients to British businesses through WeChat Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Mini Program. Our mission is to bridge the gap between UK businesses and 1.2 billion Chinese consumers.
Business Development
Assist the team in developing partnerships and strategic alliances with e-commerce merchants, Payment Service Providers, and Processors.
Responsibilities
• Identify and create a strategic pipeline of prospective partners with a scalable approach
to increase merchant adoption of GlobePay
• Engage and build a positive and consistent relationship with the business partners for the
successful deployment of cross-border payment and marketing campaign solutions
• Confidently introduce new payment products and technologies to positively influence
highly technical and non-technical decision-makers
• Manage your sales pipeline and accurately record client KPIs/data to create reports
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
• Develop and implement marketing strategies as part of the Business Development Plan
• Provide ongoing direction and analysis of payment trends and opportunities
Other
• Fluent in English (e.g. IELTS 6.5) and Mandarin
• Superior communication skills – written and verbal
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably from a Business School or in a
relative subject–Finance, Business, Management, Math, Economics
• A real interest in Fintech and the ability to quickly understand the B2B Marketing
• With a strong entrepreneur mindset, your #1 goal will be to organize, implement, and
monitor the activities required to achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, payment solutions, financial services,
marketing or sales is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment, prioritising tasks to meet
key deadlines
• Self-motivated self-starter who has a flexible approach
