We employ the most talented traders, developers and engineers in the market, executing a diverse range of strategies across global equities and derivatives. We are the most active participant in many of the products we trade, contributing significant liquidity to markets around the world.

We're looking for an intern to join our Core HR team team for a 3 months' internship. You'll gain exposure to Core HR activities and gain experience by supporting our existing team members with their day to day and HR project tasks. We're keen to hear from candidates with an interest in HR or Finance who would like to gain exposure to an investment and market making company.

What you're going to do:

• Support the existing HR team with the different HR admin related tasks and processes;

• Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees;

• Supporting with the review and maintenance of HR records ensuring they are organised, accurate and up to date;

• Provide references and create letters as required;

• Support with the administration of employee benefits;

• Support the L&D department with search and enrolment of employees on courses, exams, seminars, workshops, conferences as necessary;

• Work in collaboration with other departments when needed; & Any other project work as required

What you're going to need:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills;

• Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner;

• Great written and verbal communication skills;

• Good interpersonal skills;

• Team player but comfortable working alone as well;

• Capacity in maintaining accurate information and interpreting data;

• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast paced environment with competing demands;

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
