Job Advertisement: Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager (with Chinese and English Social Media and Property Experience)
Lixing, a leading estate agency in London, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager with Chinese and English social media and property experience to join our dynamic team. We provide sales, lettings, and property management services to our clients, and we need a marketing expert to help us expand our reach and generate more instructions and followers on social media.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and social media, with experience in the property industry. You will work closely with the Director and other team members to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive leads and increase brand awareness. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts including RED, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, and Google Ads, responding to customer queries and passing on leads to consultants to handle. You will also be required to create engaging content and develop marketing strategies that meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute marketing plans to drive lead generation and brand awareness
● Manage social media accounts including RED, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
Linkedin, Youtube, and Google Ads, responding to customer queries and passing on leads to consultants to handle
● Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement
● Collaborate with the Director and team members to create compelling property listings and marketing collateral
● Organize and publish listings onto portals like Rightmove and other networks
● Manage email marketing campaigns and develop targeted messaging to different segments of our database
● Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the property industry
● Liaise with external suppliers such as graphic designers, photographers and printers to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing material
Requirements:
● 2 years' professional experience in marketing and social media, with a proven track record of generating leads and driving engagement
● Knowledge of the UK property industry and its terminology
● Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
● Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
● Skilled in graphic design and copywriting
● Ideally, no VISA sponsorship required
