COMPANY, TEAM & ROLE OVERVIEW:

Montagu Evans are excited to be launching a paid Scottish internship programme for summer 2022.

The successful intern will join our specialist planning and development department for two weeks, which will provide an insight into the high profile developments that we work on. The internship will be paid, delivered from 18 – 29 July 2022 and will be based out of our Edinburgh office.

We will welcome one intern into our business during the summer to gain experience in a leading property consultancy. We have traditionally taken on graduates that are currently undertaking a real estate degree, planning degree or masters. However, this year we are opening our doors to a wider range of talent. If you have a keen passion for planning and development and see this as a career path that you would like to pursue, but you are not currently undertaking a planning and development related degree, then we would still like to welcome you to apply for the summer internship.

We are open to receiving applications from those in their 2nd, 3rd or final year of university.

You will learn valuable skills for the future, build your commercial awareness and develop a good understanding of planning and development.

You will have the opportunity to work across key sectors of the firm, be involved in a variety of projects, go on site visits and attend meetings, which will together give you a better insight of what to expect if you work as a planner. There will also be social activities for you to experience the culture at Montagu Evans.
