POSITION SUMMARY: Marketing Intern
Wilson Worldwide is seeking an intern who can be a vital asset to help facilitate growth for the company in the UK and abroad.
The intern will work closely with the CEO and the development team working on marketing plans through conceptual stages to execution.
To be considered an ideal candidate, you should be competent in different forms of marketing, social media, the filmmaking process, fashion, charity and popular culture.
The individual will learn to possess an understanding of the operations and nuances in strategizing media plans for foreign markets and what to look out for. They will also learn to be cognizant of multi-cultural differences in varying territories for their marketing proposals.
The successful interns will develop an awareness of what to look out for in managing multiple strategies for different brands and how to manage blog posting responsibilities.
As an ideal candidate, you know how to work with resources, in a fast-paced, energetic environment, and you will be ready to challenge yourself to develop skills in the industry.
You are extremely entrepreneurial and creative in acquiring partners and leveraging resources.
Qualifications
• University degree in Media/Film/Marketing/Social Media or the equivalent experience
• Confident English speaker (written & verbal)
• A good understanding of the filmmaking process
• Energetic self-starter, able to think outside the box and work independently or in a team
• Comfortable with and excited to work in a film and TV environment
• Bilingual is an asset
• Passionate about making great work
